Death Doulas of Manitoba Membership
Initial Fee: $100
(Annual fees will begin starting January 2028)
Reasons to become a member:
– You will be placed on the roster (will include picture, bio, links to websites, credentials, links to social media, and testimonials)
– Opportunities to join in on special training events at a discounted price (workshops, classes, etc.)
– Opportunities for a Zoom meeting to ask questions, to collaborate, etc.
– Events, announcements, and services will be shared on all Manitoba Death Doulas social media
– Opportunity 1-2 times a year to meet with other Manitoba Death Doulas members, with eventual annual event organized to get the doulas out in the community (in the coming years as we grow, the goal will be for us to plan a yearly retreat somewhere in different locations in our province)
Requirements for Membership:
– Completion of a end of life doula program that is recognized by the End of Life Doula Association of Canada
– That you are a professional doula (have a website, and are actively accepting clients in your area)
– That you are a doula working within Canada (doulas from provinces other than Manitoba are welcome to join!)
